At The Goulet Pen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
